Usage
editType (copy/paste) {{Welcome proposal|username}} to new users' talk page.
Note: It was proposed to replace the substituted form of the {{welcome}} template with this proposal (template inclusion). After neutral response from the WV community the proposal was removed. Feel free to pick up and develop the idea.
