Talk:Motivation and emotion/Book/2023/Physical activity tracking and exercise motivation
Initial suggestions
edit@U3230383: Thanks for tackling this topic.
Some initial suggestions:
- You might find it helpful to peek ahead at Tutorial 4 which has a section about self-tracking: Motivation and emotion/Tutorials/Functionalist theory and self-tracking#Self-tracking
- Also search for "quantified self" which is a synonym for self-tracking
- Check out other self-tracking chapters and physical exercise chapters to see how you can build on, link to, and integrate with that work.
Let me know if I can do anything else as you go along.
Sincerely, James -- Jtneill - Talk - c 03:01, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
Heading casing
editHi U3230383. FYI, the recommended Wikiversity heading style uses sentence casing. For example: Self-determination theory rather than Self-Determination Theory Here's an example chapter with correct heading casing: Growth mindset development -- Jtneill - Talk - c 11:05, 23 August 2023 (UTC) |
Feedback
editAwesome start to the chapter. You're introduction so far is very engaging. I like how you started with a broad opening statement. --Taliastefanoski (discuss • contribs) 10:10, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
