Hey Michael, it's Luke (U3198823), I was just reading through your current draft and it is looking good so far, but I thought I should link you to some extra resources that may help slingshot you into action. I've listed some resources discussing a couple of theoretical conversations by Carol Dweck on growth and fixed mindsets. They are quite interesting as they cover different mentalities that can be bred from birth and how they can impact particular motivational drivers throughout our lives. I'll also link you to some journal articles that are peer-reviewed that also cover this particular theory. I hope this helps you in general and in your later assignments.

Good to explain needs, physical vs. psychological, with the emphasis on psychological as these are more related to psychological growth. Perhaps consider moving Maslow's hierarchy and Alderfer's ERG theory up as they are useful starting points that distinguish growth needs. Theory — Breadth Relevant theory is well selected (e.g., hierarchy of needs, growth mindset). Tables and figures help to conceptualise key points about theory. The chapter doesn't wander off into discussion of irrelevant theory. Theory — Depth Appropriate depth is provided about the selected theory(ies). Key citations are well used. Tables and/or lists are used effectively to help clearly convey key theoretical information. More examples could be useful to illustrate key concepts.
