Simple, effective, 2-level heading structure - could be developed in more detail
Check grammar e.g., questions need question marks
The definitions section could be merged into the Overview - a separate section isn't really needed for definitions.
Sections which include sub-sections should also include an overview paragraph (which doesn't need a separate heading) before branching into the sub-headings.
Make sure to avoid providing too much background/generic material. Instead briefly summarise background concepts and provide wiki links to further information. Then focus most of the content on directly answering the core question posed by the sub-title of chapter.
In-text links to relevant Wikipedia articles are good/helpful/recommended - but key citations should be provided to the best primary, peer-reviewed theory and research sources about the topic
More could be said about different types of passion, with examples
Consider adding more examples and other interactive features such as tips, tables, images etc.
Ideally, develop the take-home messages and practical recommendations in more detail, with more specific examples and tips based on psychological science

The Overview is underdeveloped. Consider expanding by merging it with the subsequent section.
The Conclusion is too long and lacks precision in relation to summarising what is known in relation to the focus questions and particularly the question in the sub-title.
The chapter drifts from the central topic, particular when it gets to teams etc. Whilst a team setting could be useful as a practical example or case study, it isn't clear how this helps with providing a synthesis of the best available psychological theory and research about the relationship between passion and well-being.

Some relevant research is reviewed, but there is a lack of a comprehensive, focused, critical review of research about the relationship between passion and well-being.
When describing important research findings, consider including a bit more detail about the methodology and indicate the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship.
Greater emphasis on major reviews and/or meta-analyses would be helpful.
Avoid starting sentences with a citation unless the author is particularly pertinent. Instead, it is more interesting for the the content/key point to be communicated, with the citation included along the way or, more typically, in brackets at the end of the sentence.
No use of embedded links to related book chapters. Embedding interwiki links links to related book chapters helps to integrate this chapter into the broader book project.
Good use of images. One image appears to have been deleted, probably due to copyright issues.
