Have you ever had trouble deciding which colors to use for your design? In this course, you will be able to learn the effects of colors and color combinations that would enable you to select colors in systematic ways for effective instruction.

By learning the contents of this course, you will be able to:

  • Draw upon design principles and theories when selecting colors for instructional media.
  • Justify your color selection using design principles and theories.
  • Make appropriate colors selections according to design objectives.

As you can see in the left menu bar, you will learn to define and identify effects of high- and low-keyed colors, warm and cool colors, color combinations and the psychological effects of certain colors.
