Note that marks are based on what was available before the due date.
2-level heading structure; reasonably well aligned with the sub-title and focus questions
I would dispense with "Definitions" as a heading (it is a bit pedestrian); instead just embed definitions where/as needed with links to further info. Having said that, a clear definition of effective leadership will be vital
Remove abbreviations from headings
Consider dropping "Relevant theories" as a heading and moving up relevant theories to top-level headings
"Who are the most iconic emotionally agile leaders?" - I would remove this heading; but consider whether it is useful to use any of these people as possible case studies if they illustrate key points
Consider possible further development of sub-headings
A brief, evocative description of the problem/topic is provided
Move the scenario or case study into a feature box (with an image) to the start of this section to help catch reader interest. Consider abbreviating the case study and/or moving detail into a follow-up case study box in subsequent section(s)
Suggest just using one image in the Overview; consider whether other images may be best placed
I think drop "Who are the most iconic effective leaders?" as a focus question; see comment re this in previous section
Brief description about self provided – consider expanding
Consider linking to your eportfolio page and/or any other professional online profile or resume such as LinkedIn. This is not required, but it can be useful to interlink your professional networks.

Overall, this is a very good chapter. It makes very good use of psychological theory and some use of research to address a real-world phenomenon or problem.
For additional feedback, see the following comments and these copyedits
Overall, the quality of written expression is very good to excellent
Avoid one sentence paragraphs. Convey one idea per paragraph using three to five sentences.
Use 3rd person perspective (e.g., "it") rather than 1st (e.g., "we") or 2nd person (e.g., "you") perspective[1] in the main text, although 1st or 2nd person perspective can work well for case studies or feature boxes
"People" is sometimes a better term than "individuals"
Excellent use of embedded in-text interwiki links to Wikipedia articles
One use of embedded in-text links to related book chapters. Embedding in-text links to related book chapters helps to integrate this chapter into the broader book project.
Very good use of image(s)
Excellent use of table(s)
Excellent use of feature box(es)
Excellent use of quiz(zes) and/or reflection question(s)
Good use of case studies or examples

The accompanying multimedia presentation has been marked according to the marking criteria. Marks are available via the unit's UCLearn site. Written feedback is provided below, plus see the general feedback page. Responses to this feedback can be made by starting a new section below. If you would like further clarification about the marking or feedback, contact the unit convener.
An opening slide with the title and sub-title is displayed. Also narrate the title and sub-title — this helps to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation.
Create an engaging introduction to hook audience interest
A context for the topic is established
Focus questions are presented on a slide, but too quickly to be read easily - consider narrating
Perhaps the 4 focus questions could be simplified/reduced for the presentation?
The chapter title is used, but the sub-title (or a shortened version of it) is not used, as the name of the presentation. The sub-title (or an abbreviation of the sub-title that fits within the 100 character limit) would help to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation.
A written description of the presentation is provided
Links to and from the book chapter are provided
An inactive hyperlink to the book chapter is provided because the YouTube user account does not yet have access to advanced features
