Hello!

It could be a good idea to discuss what types of therapy are best for the resentment emotion. Acceptance and commitment therapy would be a great example and I have found an article for you to get more info on it http://www.leaderlabs.asia/uploads/4/7/6/2/4762488/________encyclopedia_of_cognitive_behavior_therapy_social_indicators_research_series.pdf#page=7

Overall

edit
  1. Overall, this chapter does a reasonably good job of applying psychological theory to an important everyday emotion. The main areas for potential improvement are to provide a more indepth review of relevant psychological research, rely less on non-academic sources, and to improve the quality of written expression.
  2. Addressing the topic development feedback could have helped to improve this chapter.
  3. Move non-peer reviewed links into the external links section.
  4. For additional feedback, see the following comments and these copyedits.
  1. Well developed Overview.
  2. Excellent case study example.
  3. Resentment is well described, along with related emotions.
  4. Clear focus question(s).
  5. Quality of written expression is OK, but could be improved.
  1. Relevant theory is selected, described, and explained.
  2. The chapter doesn't wander off into discussion of irrelevant theory.
  1. Reasonable depth is provided about the selected theory(ies).
  2. Many of the suggested steps for overcoming resentment appear to be plagiarised from https://www.marksichel.com/Forgiveness10StepsToLettingGoOfResentment.en.html
  3. Tables and/or lists are used effectively to help clearly convey key theoretical information.
  4. Some useful examples are provided to illustrate theoretical concepts. An example of someone overcoming resentment would be helpful.
  5. The chapter overuses non-peer-reviewed sources.
  1. Overall, this chapter makes insufficient use of relevant psychological research.
  2. Greater emphasis on major reviews and/or meta-analyses would be helpful.
  1. Critical thinking about research is insufficient.
  2. Some claims are unreferenced (e.g., see the [factual?] tags).
  3. Critical thinking about research could be evidenced by:
    1. describing the methodology (e.g., sample, measures) in important studies
    2. discussing the direction of relationships
    3. considering the strength of relationships
    4. suggesting specific directions for future research
  1. The chapter places more emphasis on theory than research.
  1. A good conclusion is provided, although it is somewhat basic.
  1. Written expression
    1. Overall, the quality of written expression is basic, but sufficient.
    2. "Individuals" is overused. "People" is often a better term than "individuals".
    3. Avoid one sentence paragraphs. A paragraph should typically consist of three to five sentences.
  2. Layout
    1. Avoid having sections with 1 sub-heading - use 0 or 2+ sub-headings.
  3. Grammar, spelling, and proofreading are excellent.
  4. APA style
    1. Direct quotes need page numbers.
    2. Figures and tables
      1. Use APA style for Figure captions. See example.
      2. Refer to each Table and Figure at least once within the main text (e.g., see Figure 1).
      3. Figures are very well captioned.
      4. Provide more detailed Figure captions to help connect the figure to the text.
    3. Citations are not in full APA style (7th ed.). For example:
      1. Multiple citations in parentheses should be listed in alphabetical order by first author surname.
      2. If there are three or more authors, cite the first author followed by et al., then year. For example, either:
        1. in-text, Smith et al. (2020), or
        2. in parentheses (Smith et al., 2020)
      3. Do not include author first names, initials, or titles.
      4. Use ampersand (&) inside parentheses.
    4. References are not in full APA style. For example:
      1. Check and correct use of capitalisation[1]
      2. "Retrieved from" is not used for APA style 7th ed.
      3. Add spaces between author initials
      4. Formatting of volume and issue numbers
      5. Page numbers should be separated by an en-dash (–) rather than a hyphen (-)
      6. Include hyperlinked dois
      7. Move non-peer-reviewed sources to the external links section
      8. etc.
  1. Overall, the use of learning features is basic.
  2. Basic use of embedded in-text interwiki links to Wikipedia articles. Adding interwiki links for the first mention of key words and technical concepts would make the text more interactive. See example.
  3. No use of embedded in-text links to related book chapters. Embedding in-text links to related book chapters helps to integrate this chapter into the broader book project.
  4. Basic use of image(s).
  5. No use of table(s).
  6. Very good use of feature box(es) - consider making them wider.
  7. Excellent use of quiz(zes).
  8. Excellent use of case studies or examples.
  9. Format bullet-points for see also and external links per Tutorial 1.
  1. ~4 logged, useful, social contributions with direct links to evidence.
