Section headings Well developed 2-level heading structure, with meaningful headings that directly relate to the core topic. Sections which include sub-sections should also include an overview paragraph (which doesn't need a separate heading) before branching into the sub-headings. Avoid providing too much background information. Instead, briefly summarise generic concepts and provide internal wiki links to further information. Then the focus of most of the content can be on directly answering the core question(s) posed by the chapter sub-title. Key points Well developed. Overview - Consider adding focus questions. Include in-text interwiki links for the first mention of key terms to relevant Wikipedia articles and/or to other relevant book chapters. Consider embedding one quiz question per major section rather than having one longer quiz towards the end. Image Excellent. An image (figure) is presented. Caption uses APA style. Caption explains how the image connects to key points being made in the main text. Cite each figure at least once in the main text. References Very good. Overall Overall, this is an excellent chapter that successfully uses psychological theory and research to help address a practical, real-world phenomenon or problem. The Overview barely mentions social media . The Conclusion is excellent. For additional feedback, see comments below and these copyedits. Theory Relevant theories are well selected, described, and explained. The general theory about social comparison and about emotion coudl be abbreviated, with links to further information, to allow the bulk of the chapter to focus on the nexus between SC, social media, and emotion. Research Relevant research is very well reviewed and discussed in relation to theory and practice Written expression Written expression Overall, the quality of written expression is excellent. Layout See earlier comments about heading casing. Avoid having sections with only one sub-section. Learning features For numbered lists, use Wikiversity formatting per Tutorial 1. Check and correct use of ownership apostrophes (e.g., individuals vs. individual's vs individuals'). Excellent use of interwiki links to Wikipedia articles. No use of embedded links to related book chapters. Embedding interwiki links links to related book chapters helps to integrate this chapter into the broader book project. Very good use of images. No use of tables. Excellent use of feature boxes. Excellent use of quizzes. Basic use of case studies or examples. Grammar, spelling, and proofreading are excellent. Overall Overall, this is an basic but effective presentation. Structure and content Well selected content - not too much or too little. The presentation is well structured. The Overview slide (focus questions) is too fast. Communication The presentation makes effective use of text and image based slides with narrated audio. The second slide is not displayed long enough to read and digest. Some of the font size should be larger to make it easier to read. Reasonably well paced. The visual communication is effectively supplemented by images. Production quality The audio recording level and quality varies between slides. The chapter title but not the sub-title are used in the video title - the latter would help to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation. Audio recording quality was mostly OK but a bit quiet in places - review microphone set-up. Video recording quality was excellent. Image sources and their copyright status are provided (excellent). An excellent written description of the presentation is provided.
