Awesome topic! The literature on psychological flexibility is fascinating. There are some really cool techniques for improving psychological flexibility that I've recently come across as I've read more about ACT. Specifically, cognitive diffusion and urge surfing I think are really cool, and I think it would be interesting to investigate how these relate to emotional change. A book which outlines some of these really well is "Get Out of Your Mind and Into your Life by Steve Hayes; one of the originators of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.   2. When describing important research findings, consider including a bit more detail about the methodology and indicate the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship.
  3. Greater emphasis on major reviews and/or meta-analyses would be helpful.

    3. Citations are not in full APA style. For example:
      1. A serial comma is needed before "&" or "and" for citations involving three or more authors.

  1. Only 4 of the 6 elements of PF are mentioned? These elements could be described in more detail.
  2. Excellent use of citations.
  3. Address an international audience (e.g., Lifeline contact details are only relevant to those in Australia).
  4. The presentation could be strengthened by adding a Conclusion slide with practical, take-home messages.
  5. What are the practical take-home message(s) that we can use to help improve our everyday lives?
  6. Consider adding a case study or more examples.

Communication edit

  1. The presentation uses text and image based slides with narrated audio.
  2. Some of the font size could be larger to make it easier to read.
