Awesome topic! The literature on psychological flexibility is fascinating. There are some really cool techniques for improving psychological flexibility that I've recently come across as I've read more about ACT. Specifically, cognitive diffusion and urge surfing I think are really cool, and I think it would be interesting to investigate how these relate to emotional change. A book which outlines some of these really well is "Get Out of Your Mind and Into your Life by Steve Hayes; one of the originators of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Good luck with your chapter!

This seems like a really interesting topic to be writing about. Perhaps place your focus questions in a feature box to help them stand out and make more of an important impression in what you are wanting to get across to the reader. Great work!

Relevant research is described in broad terms. It could be discussed in more detail in relation to PF (e.g., which parts of PF are most impacted by which types of intervention?).
When describing important research findings, consider including a bit more detail about the methodology and indicate the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship.
Greater emphasis on major reviews and/or meta-analyses would be helpful.

Consider communicating the chapter title and sub-title in both the video title and on the opening slide this helps to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation.
Audio recording quality was OK, but a bit quiet - review microphone set-up.
