Well developed 2-level heading structure, with meaningful headings that directly relate to the core topic.
Sections which include sub-sections should also include an overview paragraph (which doesn't need a separate heading) before branching into the sub-headings.
Overview/Conclusion - these are the most important sections and need development. Start off by introducing the topic/problem.
Avoid too much background info (e.g., about disgust and vgism as separate concepts) - instead summarise and link to more info, so the main chapter content can focus on their relationship (i.e., "What role does disgust play in vegetarianism and veganism?")
Check and correct APA citation style for a source with three or more authors
The key theory content appears to be well researched, with relevant citations.
Include in-text interwiki links for the first mention of key terms to relevant Wikipedia articles.
Consider including more examples/case studies.
Consider embedding one quiz question per major section rather than having one longer quiz towards the end.

Overall, this is an excellent chapter that successfully uses psychological theory and research to help address a practical, real-world phenomenon or problem.

Overall, the chapter is well written, however there are several areas for improvement in grammar.
Avoid starting sentences with a citation unless the author is particularly pertinent. Instead, it is more interesting for the the content/key point to be communicated, with the citation included along the way or, more typically, in brackets at the end of the sentence.
The chapter benefited from a well developed Overview and Conclusion, with clear focus question(s) and take-home messages.
