Hi, i just found this source that i thought would be interesting to potentially add in your 'endorphins and mental health section' it is a literature review on the relationship of endorphins and mental health. i hope you find it useful :)

  3. For example, the headings probably need to be more focused around the target topic e.g., there is no heading such as "How do endorphins affect motivation?" (perhaps with sub-headings) but there are headings around other topics that don't necessarily need to be addressed by this chapter.
  4. In tackling this topic, it could be helpful to consider the kind of motivations that are or aren't fostered by endorphins
  5. Avoid providing too much background/generic material. Instead briefly summarise background concepts and provide wiki links to further information. Then focus most of the content on directly answering the core question posed by the sub-title of chapter.

  2. It is unclear why this chapter focuses on drugs, addiction, and dopamine when the topic for this chapter was meant to be endorphins and motivation. It appears that the topic was changed without consultation or approval.

  1. There is too much general theoretical material about emotion. Instead, summarise and link to further information, to allow this chapter to focus on the specific topic.
  2. The Reeve (2015) textbook is overused as a citation - instead, utilise primary, peer-reviewed sources.
  3. Did you consult original sources such as Freud (1915)? If not, these should be cited as secondary citations.
  4. Relevant theories are well described and integrated with review of research.
