Quizzes and layout

This book chapter is great, awesome job!! I like what you've done with the coloured boxes to highlight bits and adding activities for readers, it sets it apart from other chapters. One thing you could do is add a couple more quizzes throughout the chapter, not just at the end. You could possibly add a couple more pictures as well?

Overall Overall, this is a basic, but sufficient chapter. Overview is underdeveloped - only some draft focus questions provided. The chapter could benefit from further development of the Overview and Conclusion - it should be possible to only read these sections and get a good sense of why the topic is important and what is known/recommended. This chapter is well under the maximum word count. For additional feedback, see comments below and these copyedits. Theory Basic coverage of theory, but overreliance on websites rather than academic, peer-reviewed sources. Heavy reliance on some sources (e.g., Samela, 2005) It isn't clear which theory/theories are used to explain EA? Overall, this chapter makes insufficient use of theory. Research Overall, this chapter provides a basic overview of relevant research. When describing important research findings, include more detail (e.g., about the methodology and the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship). Greater emphasis on major reviews and meta-analyses would be helpful. Some statements are unreferenced (e.g., see the tags). Written expression Written expression Overall, this chapter exhibits a basic level of undergraduate written expression. Use third person perspective, rather than first person (e.g., "we") or second person (e.g., "you") perspective. Addressing the topic development feedback could have helped to improve this chapter. Overall Overall, this is a basic presentation. This presentation makes use of powtoon tools. Structure and content Basic content with a practical orientation - reasonably well selected content - not too much or too little. The presentation is well structured. Add and narrate an Overview slide (e.g., with focus questions), to help orientate the viewer about what will be covered. A Conclusion slide is presented with a take-home message(s). Communication The presentation makes use of text and image based slides with narrated audio. Well paced. The font size is sufficiently large to make it easy to read. Some of the font size should be larger to make it easier to read. The visual communication is supplemented by images. Production quality Communicate the chapter title and sub-title in both the video title and on the opening slide this helps to clearly convey the purpose of the presentation. Audio recording quality was ea bit quiet - I needed volume at 80% for reasonable volume. Review microphone set up. Visual display quality was very good.
