Really nice outline. I noticed you had an empty subheading for 'flow' and found for my chapter a really nice summary of flow styles in rock climbing that may be of use;
Delle Fave. A., Bassi. M., & Massimini. F. (2003). Quality of experience and risk taking perception in high-altitude rock climbing. Journal of Applied Sport Psychology. 15. 82-98.
Essentially it discusses how in rock climbing the ability to use flow states for motivational means is crucial to people sticking with the sport and progressing. I know your chapter is on mindfulness but I imagine several concepts are interchangeable such as emotional regulation, being fully in the moment and activity, focus ability, skill development, etc.

Overview is promising, but rather than "touch on" the effects that mindfulness has on sporting performance", this should be the primary focus of the chapter. Key points would probably be better as focus questions. Consider adding a case study.
The Conclusion is basic; add practical, take-home messages for how to enhance sporting performance via mindfulness.
For additional feedback, see comments below and [ these copyedits].
Some relevant research is briefly mentioned towards the end of the chapter, but I am doubtful that the best available literature has been identified, summarised, and synthesised in this chapter.
Many statements are unreferenced (see the [factual?] tags).
When describing important research findings, consider including a bit more detail about the methodology and indicate the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship.
Greater emphasis on major reviews and meta-analyses would be helpful.
The overall quality of written expression is barely sufficient for 3rd year undergraduate, and is not of a professional standard. More effort and/or assistance is needed.
Sections which include sub-sections should also include an introductory paragraph (which doesn't need a separate heading) before branching into the sub-headings.
Learning features
Embed links to other relevant chapters.
Adding interwiki links for the first mention of key words would make the text more interactive.
Check and correct use of ownership apostrophes (e.g., individuals vs. individual's).
Basic use of images.
No use of tables.
No use of quizzes.
Some use of case studies or examples.
Spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
The grammar for some sentences could be improved (e.g., see the [grammar?] tags).

The presentation is fun, easy to follow, and interesting to watch and listen to.
The presentation makes effective use of text and animation-based slides with narrated audio.
Consider slowing down and leaving longer pauses between sentences. This can help the viewer to cognitively digest the information that has just been presented before moving on to the next point.
The font size is sufficiently large to make it easy to read in the time provided.
