I found some articles that weren't in your references and might be useful to integrate into your chapter. The first one is just a general overview of mindfulness meditation in relation to clinical applications (for addiction) in a historical context, another one about "mindfulness-based addiction treatment (MBAT)" for smokers, and the last one covers relapse prevention for alcoholism and substance abuse.
