Hi there :) Looks like you have a great foundation for your chapter! I have found some articles that might be of use http://www.sciencedirect.com.ezproxy.canberra.edu.au/science/article/pii/S0167268115000050 http://muse.jhu.edu.ezproxy.canberra.edu.au/article/517484 http://link.springer.com.ezproxy.canberra.edu.au/article/10.1007%2Fs10902-011-9301-7 http://ezproxy.canberra.edu.au/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&db=rlh&AN=9603196282

  • For your sub headings on Traditional relationships and Open relationships; it might be interesting for you to source some known examples of how these relationships work or don't work? Like celebrity couples for instance that are in traditional/open relationships
  • You could also research how couples who engage in more foreplay before sex may be more happier than those who go straight into sex with no foreplay?

Goodluck with your chapter :)--U3100166 (discusscontribs) 06:20, 20 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hey!! Your topic sounds so interesting and I can't wait to see it once it has been completed :) here is an interesting article that I found on happiness and sex, hopefully it can help in your book chapter. http://business.monash.edu/economics/research/publications/2014/3914sexchengsmyth.pdf--Lizzy94 (discusscontribs) 04:55, 22 October 2016 (UTC)U3083568 (discusscontribs) 15:55, 22 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Heading casing

edit

FYI, the convention on Wikiversity is for lower-cased headings. For example, use:

==Cats and dogs==

rather than

==Cats and Dogs==

  4. When discussing important research findings, indicate the size of effects in addition to whether or not there was an effect or relationship.
  1. Written expression
    1. For academic writing in psychology, such as this book chapter, write in third person rather than first (e.g., avoid "I', "we", "our") or second (e.g., "you", "your" etc.) person perspective.

    2. Quiz questions are used effectively to encourage reader engagement.
  6. Spelling, grammar, and proofreading are excellent.
  7. APA style
    1. Check and correct the APA style for how to report numbers (Numbers under 10 should be written in words (e.g., five); numbers 10 and over should be written in numbers (e.g., 10)).
    2. Check and correct use of single versus double quotation marks
    3. Check and correct the APA style for citations when there are six or more authors.
    4. The APA style for the reference list is very good; remove issue numbers for paginated journals.
