I think it will help you with beginning your chapter and looking at a negative impact of emotional labour. Hey,
I like the content of your chapter, it's both informative and relevant to the real world! It's really only small layout things to make it a bit brighter and easier to read that I would change (but I'm sure you're already planning this! :) ) I also like how you've put the case study throughout the chapter, that's a good interactive idea. So the only things I can see are;
- Perhaps put a centre adjusted box around your 3 key questions in the overview, just to draw focus to them
- With the framework of emotional labour (Morris & Feldmen, 1996), instead of having the titles in bold then definitions underneath perhaps you could put it into a table? I think it would read a lot better that way
- In the what can be done about it section a few pictures would break the text up a bit
- You are pretty close to the word count, so if you want some more to work with I'd delete a few of your see also links and just prioritise 4 or so chapters
- With the external links I'd write a description of where the link goes and just hyperlink the discussion

Case Study & headings
editHello. Your chapter is really great - so informative and really well written and laid out. Very easy to follow. The only thing I changed is putting a case study heading.. Just thought it might be best to identify that that is the case study. Also, in the what can be done about it? section I thought that perhaps making the headings a little clearer, like making the main one's into main headings might look better. But I could be wrong! Sub-sections

Hey, Your chapter has come along really well and is looking great!! I like that you broke the quiz up into sections, I think this adds to the level of interaction with the reader. I also like your case study examples, good real world applicability. My only one suggestion would be to add something to the "what can be done about it" section, just to break up the text (an image etc).
