editHi! I thought you might want to consider looking at individual differences in terms of being motivated to become a workaholic. Is it their personality, upbringing etc? And then continue to look at situational forces such as pressure to succeed and fitting into social norms which you most likely are already looking into. I also thought maybe putting the differences between a workaholic and a work enthuiast into a clear table as it might be more effective.
