Heading casing edit

FYI, the convention on Wikiversity is for lower-cased headings. For example, use:

==Cats and dogs==

rather than

==Cats and Dogs==

Chapter marks will be available later via Moodle, along with social contribution marks and feedback. Keep an eye on Announcements.

Overall edit

  1. Overall, this is a promising chapter which could be improved by improving the quality of written expression and making use of the interactive potential of the wiki environment.
  2. For more feedback see these copyedits and the comments below.

Theory edit

  1. The neurochemistry of MDMA is well described. Ideally, incorporate images to help illustrate the text. However, this material could also be abbreviated, with links provided to MDMA for more detail, to allow greater focus on theory about the combined use of MDMA in psychotherapy.
  2. I think that this claim is highly problematic: "If the substance MDMA was addictive, every individual who has ever tried it, would be an addict." because, for example, alcohol is addictive, but not everyone is addicted to alcohol etc.

Research edit

  1. Research is reasonably covered, however there was more research that could have been reviewed (e.g., Greer).
  2. Some statements were unreferenced (e.g., see the [factual?] tags)

Written expression edit

  1. The quality of written expression could be improved (e.g., see where clarification templates have been added to the page).
  2. Use default heading styles; remove bold
  3. The chapter is well-structured.
  4. The layout is minimal.
  5. No images or tables were used.
  6. Add Interwiki links (e.g., to relevant Wikipedia articles and other Wikiversity book chapters) to make the text more interactive.
  7. Quiz questions could be used to encourage reader engagement.
  8. Spelling could be improved - see the [spelling?] tags.
  9. The grammar of many sentences needs to be improved for the written expression to be of professional standard (e.g., see the [grammar?] tags).
  10. APA style
    1. Check and correct the APA style for how to report numbers (Numbers under 10 should be written in words (e.g., five); numbers 10 and over should be written in numbers (e.g., 10)).
    2. When there are three or more authors, subsequent citations should use et al. (e.g., Smith, Bush and Western (2001) first and and then Smith et al. (2001) subsequently).
    3. Check and correct matching of in-text citations with the reference list (e.g., Greer and Tolbert (1990) is cited, but is not in the reference list).
    4. The reference list is not in full APA style.
