Talk:Motivation and emotion/Book/2015/Leadership motivation

editLeadership is a very interesting area that has a lot of theory attached to it! You could also look at including whether leaders are born (trait leadership) or whether leadership is a skill that can be taught (situational leadership), as this is still debated on today. Good job :) --U3081677 (discuss • contribs) 10:22, 14 October 2015 (UTC)
Hi Neeti, not sure if you are aware but I can't access your page because it only comes up with the chapters titles. I had this also because I set up my page initially in my username page instead of the book chapter page. I may be wrong of course because I'm struggling with all this myself and you most probably know what you're doing. Or you simply haven't filled in those paragraphs of your chapter yet. May be the case considering I can read your overview. But just in case, you will have to copy it across to the book chapter page from your user name page (if that makes sense, which it probably doesn't lol). To test what I'm talking about, once you are finished, click on your topic from the list and see if the text comes up without you clicking edit. If it does, you're on the right track. Aside from that (hope I haven't confused you) the topic is really interesting, especially for me as I was in a leadership role with my last job, so I'm keen to see what you come up with :) --David M&E7124 (discuss • contribs) 1407, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
I have no problems viewing your page :) I think it would be a good idea to add real life practical examples to the MtL table. I also think where you discuss if motivation stays the same across different areas you could add something about if it stays the same across a lifetime i.e. childhood and late adulthood, in school or the nursing home etc. Looks good otherwise! u3100080
Hey Girl :) firstly, love the picture at the start of your chapter, its really engaging. Your overview is great - So clear and concise and makes the reader want to know whats in the rest of the chapter. For yours images (e.g. the questions relating to MTL), you just need to put figure X. before the caption to make it APA. The rest is amazing. everything is written concisely and the tables and examples you have used are really engaging. Also, your conclusion is spot on, really wraps up the chapter effectively :) GREAT WORK !!!! (3083783ro (discuss • contribs) 02:33, 30 October 2015 (UTC)=3083783ro)

Use the Overview to set up the problem to be solved (the question i.e., the subtitle for the book chapter).
