I've come across this study that i think will be great for those of us doing exercise motivation. I've only read the summary but the general idea should be applicable.

Hey! Well done on getting started. I don't want to comment too much because it looks like you're still in the foundation stages :) Just a thought about your overview - it might flow a bit better if it was just one paragraph with an introduction to the topic rather than dot points?
