Last minute editing
editHey, hopefully you are on track to finish by tomorrow! Just did some minor editing for you with your bullet points. Also headings should be in lower case so possibly 'Organised versus unorganised' rather than 'Organised versus Unorganised'. In this paragraph I notice you say disorganised rather than unorganised so maybe check for continuity there. Really interesting information otherwise. Good luck! Empowering comment
editHi there!!! I saw the topic and it captured my attention!!!! It is a brunch of psychology that I love so much (forensics). I've always wondered what killers think and what their motivations are to do such things. I saw that you don't have much information so I hope that you are working in a word document (as I did) and then copy and paste. So I wish you the best luck on this assignment!!!! --U3074414 (discuss • contribs) 10:09, 26 October 2014 (UTC)

editHi there.
Unfortunatly you dont have anything up yet. I'm excited for when you do have stuff. I wish I thought of doing this topic. Reading about serial killers is one of my hobbies. I'm going to flag you page so when you do make edits I can see. Hopefully I can be of help later!

Hi there again!
I can see your starting to put things up! Hopefully theres more when I check tomorrow! I just noticed, that while your refercing is what is normally used on wikipedia, it is not APA. I think it would be wisest to stick to complete APA or risk loosing marks. Can't wait to check back tomorrow and see a finished product hopefully!

Helpful article?
editHi, Great idea for a topic! I find forensic psychology really interesting and am looking forward to seeing what you write about motivation of serial killers. I found this article which you may find useful for your research, it gives a good overview of different types of serial killers and their various motives. Journal article - Serial killers: I. Subtypes, patterns, and motives
Hey
editreally looking forward to seeing your completed chapter a topic , you may have planned to do this already but I think it would be interesting to do case studies of different serial killers throughout your page that can help to demonstrate the different motivations that you cover, good luck :) K.kauhanen (discuss • contribs) 12:06, 24 October 2014 (UTC)
Hi
editThis sounds like a pretty interesting topic, i was just wondering if you have thought about incorporating the relationship between sensation seeking and serial killer. Couple of articles have argued that sensation seeking is a common trait find in some serial killers. www.fbi.gov/stats-services/publications/serial-murder. Also i will highly suggest if you can have a look at Morton, R's book " Serial Murder: Multi-Disciplnary perspectives for investigators" look at page 17-19. He gives a clear understanding of what motivates a serial killer and types of serial murder. Good luck :)
