The structure is quite good. The flow is logical, but could be a little more fluid. The presentation could also be improved by providing an overview of content at the beginning.
Communication is good. The voice-over is well paced, with appropriate expression. Visually, ideas are presented clearly. Slightly more detail could be included on the slides in order to make the presentation more dynamic.
Production quality is very good. Audibooo and visuals are both of a high quality. The use of Prezi gives a professional feel. The audio cutting in and out is slightly distracting.

Overall, this is a very well constructed and considered chapter. It demonstrates a high level of knowledge about the topic and communicates this effectively to an every day self-help audience, drawing on both theory and research. See comments below and these copyedits for more detailed feedback.
An appropriate range of theoretical perspectives are considered, and integrated with research, leading to practical suggestions. Very good understanding of the topic and relevant theory included.
