Such a good concept!

Hey, as someone who lives on a pretty big property and has more animals than I could possibly count, I think the idea of pet ownership and emotion is wonderful! I know it is a silly TV show, but this clip stands out in my mind and I think there would have to be some basis behind it!

You're page is great, I was able to find some interesting information in this article and thought it might be relevant. McConnell, A. R., Brown, C. M., Shoda, T. M., Stayton, L. E., & Martin, C. E. Overall

edit
  1. Overall, this is a useful, solid chapter. It has some excellent coverage of theory and research. Some of the written expression could be improved. Note that approximately a quarter of the chapter focuses very generically on what an emotion is - this could be summarised with a link to other pages for more detail e.g., emotion.
  1. Several interesting and useful types of theory are considered, including some not covered in other chapters e.g., role theory
  1. Research comments...
  1. Written expression comments...
  2. Check APA style for citations - should be in alphabetical in brackets
  3. Avoid one sentence paragraphs; 3 to 5 sentences is suggested

  1. The chapter would benefit from demonstrating how it uniquely builds upon other related Motivation and Emotion book chapters (see the See also section)
