Loving the number of headings you have up already you really look like you are going in a good direction structure wise. Looking forward to reading it as it gets posted up as i'm really interested in your subject. Have you any tips on how i can relate my topic of Body Modification to the reader as you have done in your "How can Meditation help me" section? Overall, this is a very well constructed book chapter, with useful theoretical and research material, supported by practical examples.

Some theories were covered, although this could have been more extensive.

A few studies were described, although this could have been more comprehensive e.g., no mention of http://www.ashanamind.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/physiological-effects_Sedlmeier_12.pdf

Written expression was generally good and the chapter is easy and interesting to read. Some areas for possible improvement:

  1. Grammar: Ownership apostrophes needed e.g., for people's, one's etc.
  2. A good number of wiki links were added (more would be useful)
  3. APA style - check alphabetical ordering of citations (e.g., swap Hernandez & Harhammar, 2013; Davidson, 2001)
  4. Use of interactive features was limited (e.g., no images (uploaded images were deleted due to a lack of appopriate copyright information), links to other chapters, or external links)

Overall, this is an effective presentation and summary of the chapter, highlighting key aspects.

A useful summary of chapter content is provided in this presentation. Theory and research are well integrated, and practical applications (e.g., types of meditation) are included. The flow is well organised.

The presentation is delivered in a clear, confident, interesting voice. Slides were well prepared. Voice could have been slower (therefore reduce the amount of content - be more selective).

Sound and picture quality were both good. The presentation appears is well-prepared and presented on youtube.
