Overall edit

  1. Overall, this is a solid CR-level textbook chapter which successfully discusses Ekman's theory and research about core emotions. There was probably more room for critical thinking, given that Ekman's work is somewhat controversial e.g., how well does Ekman's theory and findings match with other efforts to identify core emotions. What are the applications of Ekman's work? Nevertheless, a good overview of Ekman's theory and initial research studies is provided, with several useful learning features such as images, a table and wiki-links.

  1. APA style referencing was good - but check capitalisation.
