Hello, I am custodian at the German Wikiversity (WV) since January 2007 - my contribution summary there - and apply now also to do this for the English WV.

So, what have I done around here ?

• I have translated some German Wikiversity pages like:

• Wikiversity:Project incubator
• Topic:Software testing

• I have translated some English pages to German: Wikiversity:Interlingual Beta Club - but well here I got stuck a little, due to time constraints :-( and also it seemed like it was not the time and the people missing
• I have translated on beta: e.g. http://beta.wikiversity.org/wiki/Wikiversity:Approved_Wikiversity_project_proposal/De

So, what I am trying to do in the future then ? I would like to contribute to get both - English and German WV - closer together (e.g. we all can win, if we have participants on each sides together working. This could help getting projects started). And of course the normal custodian tasks

Mentoring

• In my experience, Wikiversity benefits from having custodians who are admins on other projects. I expect Erkan Yilmaz will continue to help build connections from this website to the Wikiversity websites in other languages.
