Open - openfree License (BioLicense), Wikipedia
Early proponent of open access and open review journal system (since 1994). Found of BioPerl project BioPerl Wikipedia page

I have been one of the earliest proponents of completely open system of hypertext and journal publication system since early 1990s. I have created my own internet hypertext system (like wiki) and also used the very early version of Ward Curnningham's wiki through personal communication.
I think the world should use a completely transparent open submission (pre-print like) and open review system for the fairest and most efficient dissemination of science knowledge.

I am a Perl programmer and have learnt many programming languages.

==> I used to use Jong Park until I got married my wife (2004) who wanted to use "Bhak", as my Korean name "박" actually sounds like "Bhak". Park is a Korean name given by the government in the past when Koreans first created passports years ago.
"Geromics" is a word coined by me (a neologism). Gero + Omics. It means omics study of Gero(aging, gerontology).
I have been into omics and have been running Omics.org.
My personal home page is JongBhak.com.
My wikipedia personal page is: Jong_Bhak. - Jong Bhak
