• Oppose I concur -- I can't gauge degree of experience with scholarly publication from the application materials. I wonder if the person intended to apply for the Wiki Journal of Humanities? That appears like it would be a better potential match for the content area and skills, although it still would be helpful to have documentation of prior experience with peer review and scholarly publication.
