Ain't none of this make sense.

This article seems to be themed very strange and in it's current form I do not feel that it has any right to exist. I believe this article should either a) be axed, or b) be completely reorganized. I am bring this topic up like this because I don't feel qualified & don't feel like taking up this endeavor... but to any brave souls that would--- that would greatly help this Urban Planning portal.
