Rural issues
Ruralities endeavor to be greater than that which holds them in. The preponderence of moral issues in rural areas have to do with personnel crime and behavior and are often reregulated by barterism and social constructs such as religion in the place of law. Hearkening back to the great depression, rural areas have been prone to causing unrest in Civil Societies since that is the source of the Society's food and food culture. These devices are not allowed to be much to often.
