Greater practical application and critical analysis would benefit the chapter. Research Some interesting research is presented, and integrated quite well with theory. Overall Structure and content Theories are well explored. Research is also integrated, however this could be more thorough. The structure of the presentation is quite good. Communication Communication via voice and image is clear. Practical application is well incorporated towards the end of the presentation. The presentation could be made more engaging by varying tone of voice throughout. Production quality Picture quality is good. Sound of voice is a little too quiet.
