editHey! Ive found a really good article called The effects of sports participation on young adolescents' emotional well-being. I think it would be really interesting if u looked at and compared the between the different ages. The source is a study examining the relationship between children's sports participation and emotional well-being including self-reported emotional and behavioral problems and multidimensional aspects of self-concept. Hope this helps, heres the link: Sports participation and young adolescents emotional well-being. Hi there,
I have found this article on UC database. Its called the relationship between compulsive exercise and emotional regulation in adolescents. I thought it would be really interesting to have a look at this for your assignment.

Hi there, great chapter! I used your chapter as an external link to my chapter. It would have been cool to read some more about the negatives that can come with exercise addiction. Thanks for your work--Hamish3145835 (discuss • contribs) 21:20, 18 October 2020 (UTC)

editHey there this is a really interesting topic, just wondering if you were going to be talking about hormones and neurotransmitters which are released during exercise I think there is a pretty well documented link between these and subsequent emotions. I know there has been a few published papers regarding depression and exercise and the buffering effects exercise has on depressed people (may be an alternative to drugs amd pharmacotherapy). OveralleditBeautifully presented chapter with some really interesting information. Well done! Theories are well identified and described in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. By focusing on just 2 or 3 theories, a more in-depth exploration could be presented and this will benefit the chapter. Well done for practically applying the concepts. Research is relevant, interesting and used effectively throughout. To improve further, include evidence of critical thinking. The presentation of this chapter is wonderful. The structure is logical and flows well. The interactive features throughout are a real highlight. APA is generally well done. Great job! ShaunaB (discuss • contribs)

OveralleditA nicely presented piece, which summarises theory particularly well. Nice job! Theory is very well discribed. Research is integrated throughout, however this could be improved. The flow is clear and logical. Verbal communication is clear and confident. The illustrative example of 'Anna' was a great inclusion. Text is a little small on some slides. A few more slides could have been incorporates to make the presentation even more engaging. Picture and sound quality are good. The presentation is clearly well prepared, and comes across as quite professional. ShaunaB (discuss • contribs) |
