Overall A good attempt at addressing an interesting topic. Theory This is an area for improvement. While an appropriate theory is presented, greater detail is required to show a sound understanding of the construct presented. Well done for including some practical application. To improve further, include some critical analysis. Research Some interesting research is presented, however the chapter would benefit from the inclusion of more. Try to focus on including research in support of the theories presented. Written expression The strcture of this chapter is logical and clear. Please be sure to proof read before submission as there are some grammatical errors throughout. Also, all ideas that are not your own should be followed by an in-text reference - these were ommitted in some sections, particularly towards the beginning of the chapter. Overall Structure and content Theory and research are quite well integrated, however some concepts could have been explained more clearly. The basic structure of the presentation was good. Communication Communication was clear and confident. The inclusion of more pictures and illustrative examples would have improved the presentation.
