Filesystem Hierarchy Standard edit

Would it be wise to have a table that has the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard in Column 'A' and various flavors of Linux in the following columns (i.e. RPM based in Colunm 'B', Debian in Column 'C') with an indicator as to whether they adhere to the standard? For example, I have a 'proc' directory which the FHS has aa a Linux specific directory for "a virtual filesystem for kernel and process information". -- (17:21, 30 August 2014‎ by User:Mjpollard)

That would be a great addition. Be bold! -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 03:10, 31 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
