Concept and context

The curriculum does assume that the grade ten may be the last grade of general secondary schooling, possibly followed by vocational education. This is often the case, for instance, for pupils attending the German w:Realschule or w:Hauptschule. Other school systems, as for instance the U.S. school system, where all pupils who complete secondary education stay in high school until grade twelve, may allow to stretch the "Educational research in the class council" curriculum until grade eleven. --Bernhard Fastenrath 15:28, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
