Studies of Euler diagrams/gapspots

A gapspot is a spot that is false, but needed in an Euler diagram for geometric consistency. They are usually shown in light gray.

gap variants edit

Changing some spots in a gapless function from true to false creates a gap variant. This often requires a redrawing of the Euler diagram.
