Notes and Questions
edit- Lady Helen Stewart-Murray, daughter of the Duke of Atholl, is not the same as this Lady Mary Stewart, Helen Mary Theresa Vane-Tempest-Stewart, daughter of the Marquess of Londonderry (at 43), who was dressed as the Archduchess Marie Christine in the Austrian procession. The NPG portrait says "Helen Mary Theresa (née Vane-Tempest-Stewart), Countess of Ilchester when Lady Helen Stewart." The Lady Helen Stewart of this family is not the right Lady Helen Stewart.
