We need references for the Asset Based Approach to community development, specifically a full reference for "Kretzmann & McKnight".

There was some discussion suggesting this section is not needed for "social entrepreneurship". The key insights in Introduction to Community-Based Learning might be sufficient for projects which do require a perspective on this topic.
