Intrinsic Motivation edit

Intrinsic motivation is described as doing something as a result of doing it rather than for some distinct benefit (Ryan & Deci, 2000). When a person is intrinsically driven, he or she is inspired to engage because of enjoyment or challenge it involves rather than external products, demands, or incentives.
