Install an ftp client, retrieve and unzip a file edit

Download and install an ftp client (you can find a list of possible clients on the ICAS4201A Transfer content to a website using commercial packages page
Connect to ibiblio.org and log in as an anonymous user
change to the /pub/docs/books/gutenberg/etext94 directory

unzip the file (you may need to install some decompression software)
