Astronomy college course/Apparent regrograde motion/Quiz01/2

I believe a better version of this question would be "Why is it that when one is at the north or south pole, the sun does not appear to rise in the east and set in the west?" The reason I believe this would be better is because it would be more interesting to learn why and this would bring in better attention. -Nathankr42
