Regression analysis edit

I would like to know how to get a formula or group of formulas from a set of numbers. From analyzing the data, I know that I will need a formula for the first several numbers, another formula for the odd other numbers, and another formula for the even other numbers. I think regression analysis would help but I can't seem to find a calculator or computer program that will do modulus piecewise formulaic regression when I don't even know where to start. Here are the numbers:
