Fate is determined, there is no way that the universe could not be deterministic, it may appear random in some ways to us. However, without using religious ideas to justify randomness, or something that seems random because we can't see the dimension in which it is deterministic. Nothing cannot come from something, therefore everything is deterministic, and if not it is controlled by a god, a god which is timeless and not limited by the physical realm.
