~~better formatting code to allow for more versatility in designing banners~~

- be sure to update the Index list of current pages too!
- we also need to add brief descriptions of the resources in our pages with resources (instead of just listing the Trevor Project in our suicide resources page, we should give a brief sentence description of each)

~~Another use of this page would be to send out announcements to the public~~
- add some different "Banner Formatting" code to allow for different color banners. HGAPS-purple for HGAPS related announcements to the public, red for crisis resources, and other colors for other things we can use banners for!
- for national awareness days/weeks/months, we could also have banners highlighting certain disorders and relevant resources (maybe green or blue, or the banner could be the color of the disorder's awareness date - think breast cancer pink)
consideration for our color-blind friends!
