Template talk:EduV/enroll

Template:EduV/makedash uses this template to make something similar to the "dashboard" used by w:Wikipedia:Wiki Ed to manage the assignment of pages for students to edit. It is time-consuming to make this "dashboard". A much quicker way is to create a class roster directly from Template:EduV/enroll.

1. Create a blank roster using multiple copies of Template:EduV/enroll with all with the same generic (but non existent) username.
2. Open the course for students to enroll by replacing with their actual usernames.
3. Pasting the wikitext into a spreadsheet to order alphabetically by username (not nickname) is advisable for large classes.
4. Assign pages individually where necessary, but post a list if all students are to edit the same page.
