This is used as the "subtemplate" of the main editorial board applications template. It incldes all the features except the title (which is substituted by the preload page)

Implementation

This template is in two parts so that when substituted, only the title is hardcoded, and the rest of the template continues as a template. To edit the "subtemplate", go to Template:WikiJournal_editor_application_submitted
