This template will categorize resources into either Category:Resources needing sources or a monthly category like Category:Resources needing sources from April 2024, if a date is supplied.
Usage edit
This template also has one optional field.
The field is a date parameter, entered as "date=month year". Adding this sorts the resource into subcategories of Category:Resources needing sources by month and out of the parent category, allowing the oldest problems to be identified and dealt with first.
