This template creates conditional Wikiversity / Wikipedia links. If the given Wikiversity article exists, the link will appear as a link to the native Wikiversity article. If the given Wikiversity article does not exist, the template displays a Wikipedia link with the same name instead.
Usage
editOne parameter format displays the Wikipedia link with a leading w: . (v: is not necessary, since the link is to Wikiversity. It still should be taken into account in case of created, moved, or deleted pages.)
- {{lw|Colloquium}} generates Colloquium
- {{lw|Unknown}} generates w:Unknown
Two parameter format displays the Wiki link as a native link (no leading w: displayed):
- {{lw|Colloquium|}} generates Wikiversity link Colloquium
- {{lw|Unknown|}} generates Wikipedia link Unknown
- If the Wikiversity page "Unknown" were to be created, Wikipedia Unknown was {{lw|Unknown|}}'s previous function.
