The Evaluate teaching practice badge is awarded to people who:

1. Document a peer's comments from observations of your work
2. Prepare a formative and summative survey for collecting student feedback
3. Write an evaluation of your work that includes:
   1. your objectives and/or the issues in the development
   2. methods you used and key insights gained from the peer observations and student feedback surveys
   3. a statement of what you will do next in your developments
4. Published evaluation linked to the subject

Award this badge to someone in one of two ways:

1. Wikiversity: Paste the following on their Userpage {{Badge-Evaluate teaching practice}}
2. Credly: Claim it on the Credly site
