Template:Activity preload

Background
Initially, this template was developed for the SSE project but can be used in any project which chooses to use the format of the related activity templates.
It is used by {{Add activity}} which preloads it when the user chooses to add an activity to a page with a list of learning activities. These in turn link to details of each activity.
Usage
It is best not to use this template directly. Use it indirectly via {{Add activity}}, or use {{Activity summary}}.
